Bio

I am frequently drawn to making images of birds and mammals, using the narrative and choosing certain animals as metaphors to express life situations. In addition, I like how the play of light can add atmosphere and mystery which I also try to weave into an image. I employ spontaneous, childlike approaches and often combine techniques such as drypoint, mono printing and collagraph. I enjoy the elements of chance that these processes involve, which further influence my ideas.
